Healing the Feminine...the Pure Sensual You

A women who walks with grace, sacredly ornaments her body, creates or dances to please herself, who naturally sees herself as a free loving spirited child of our Creator is connected to her pure essence.  

We are born out of an organic womb, conceived through the act of sex.  Most of us are raised to be obedient, hygienic, reserved, studious, etc. And some of us have been abused, unloved, neglected, labeled and so on... I believe this can or has stripped us of our innocence...thus a disconnection to our pure sensual feminine spirit.  

Sensuality is often associated with unloving conceit or unloving sex.  Many of us choose consciously or unconsciously to hide this part of our being…whether it be because we may feel shame, fear of being judged or ridiculed or perhaps it is merely a distant memory that we can not identify with.

When we reconnect to our pure sensual essence (child of the Creator), we have regained  another precious tool to free ourselves, love ourselves and expand ourselves.

Within a safe space you will be guided to create sacred actions.

These sessions can be uniquely designed for you.  I suggest a series of sessions where we will have conscious talks and personal sacred actions.  These actions involve reconnection to the body,  movement, dance, voice, creating your sacred temple, ornamenting oneself, abstract painting, self-love rituals and connecting with nature.

This experience can also be offered as a Women's Retreat.
