We all have craniosacal fluid that runs through the cranium and sacrum.  Within this fluid there is a rhythm that can be felt and followed through the entire body.  When we feel these sensations and pulses, we are present and capable of intuiting what our body needs.

 

When we mindfully flow into yogic poses and stretches, we are allowing ourselves to become more flexible and preparing the body to go deeper.

 

When we look at and feel our emotions, we are giving ourselves space to authentical express them.

 

All together, when we move or dance to our intrinsic flow, emotional and mental blockages can be released and so another level of healing occurs.
