Sound Journeys with Lenzea Rose

The sound creations I create are influenced by the spacial atmosphere and which instruments I have been able to travel with.  My voice is one of the main elements I use alongside other instruments and/or electronic ambient soundscapes.

Instruments I may use:

shruti box, shamanic drum, monolini, huge chimes, hapi, kalimba, tibetan singing bowls, koji, shakers, percussion.

These journeys can go deep and awaken you and sometimes they can make you float off to some other world.  Best is to have no expectations and allow yourself to experience a sound journey.

Our bodies respond to frequencies, because we ourselves are a vibrational biological form.  We are at all times affected by external vibrations that can sometimes make us feel heavy or ill.  Healing sounds and music can help us to go internally and balance disturbances within the mind and body.  These unique live concerts can be experienced while laying down or sitting.
